Please complete the following form to request setup of a new application on your Skpr cluster.

This information provides a baseline for our team to review, clarify, and proceed with provisioning.

1. Summary​

Provide a high-level overview of the application and its purpose, including the key business or user needs it addresses.

2. Application Details​

  • Application Name: My Project
  • Anticipated Traffic: e.g. 100k page views per month
  • Application Type: e.g. Drupal 10, Node.js, Laravel, static site
  • Integrations Required: e.g. Solr, Redis, S3, third-party APIs
  • Authentication / Access Control Requirements: e.g. SSO, role-based access, public/private
  • Permissions Requirements: Expected user roles or groups (e.g. Admin, Editor, Viewer)
  • Access Requirements: Key individuals requiring access (e.g. Dave C, Susie S) and their roles
  • Primary Launch URL (if known): e.g. www.example.com.au
  • Additional Environments Required: Outside of standard DEV, STAGING, PROD

3. Testing & Security​
